Bill has had his work 'The Tide has Turned' with an embedded ekphrasis, listed as a finalist in the $50,000 biennial Len Fox Painting Award 2024  currently on exhibition until 2 March 2025 at the Castlemaine Art Museum, Victoria. 
In September, Bill was interviewed for 94.9 Main FM by writer and poet Bonny Cassidy re his exploratory practice.
